For the Love of Roasting

For roasters in Paris, it’s all about the slow burn. In a city that’s over 2,000 years old, the fact that its coffee culture is a gradually developing phenomenon is hardly surprising. The roasters seeking to introduce the wonderful world of coffee to the people of Paris understand that they have their work cut out for them. Sure, some of them may have started their businesses more than a decade ago. Even so, they know that making Parisians fall for coffee isn’t a love at first sight sort of deal. It’s more of an acquaintances turned friends turned lovers relationship that, when done right, can stand the test of time.
